The shop is a very family-like environment and the staff operate in a way that is inviting, personal, and professional. I’m very impressed with the time I spend there because for me to get box braids, I’m only in that chair for 2-3hours at most. When I first got styled here, I didn’t think my braids were a bit too tight but all I had to do was tell the stylist my complaint and she fixed it for me for no extra charge. It’s a very accommodating place to go and I love getting my hair done here!! They work fast, accommodate my requests, and braid so well that I don’t have to keep coming in but even if i did they are very affordable for this da in age. I keep returning here and I’ve recommended a few friends for some last minute styles because they take walk ins. However, this is a braiding salon so if you choose to walk in there may, understandably, be a bit of a wait and it will be worth it nonetheless 🤗

What types of braids do you offer?

How do I choose the right braid style?

Consider your hair type, lifestyle, and how long you want to keep them. Not sure? Message us — we'll help you choose.

How should I prepare my hair before my appointment?

Come with clean hair, washed and dried. If you arrive with unwashed hair, we can wash and blow dry it for $25.

How long does an appointment take?

It depends on the style, length and size — typically 3 to 8 hours. Thinner braids take longer, so extra-small styles need the most time.

Do you provide the braiding hair?

Yes. Regular synthetic braiding hair is included in every price. Curly hair for boho: first 2 pieces free, then +$20 per 2 extra. We don't supply 100% human hair. Colors in stock: 1, 1B, 2, 4, 27, 30, 613, 350 and Burgundy.

How do I book an appointment?

Call or text us at 216-797-0221. Appointments are available 7 days a week, 6 AM to 6 PM — we don't take appointments after 6 PM.
